When or if there is an issue no matter how big or small, they respond in a timely manner and keep in touch until the matter is resolved. If you are ever in an accident, just know they definitely go above and beyond for their customers. They don't play haha. (I know from experience). Statefarm is with you for the long haul thats for sure. With that said, I believe Statefarm is one of the best if not, the best insurances around. If you need a quote check them out.
